Courtney Satow has been a birthworker for the last decade supporting mothers and families as a birth doula, childbirth educator, and yoga teacher. A mother of two, she understands all of the emotions associated pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and has watched as hundreds of her own clients and students have walked this path into Motherhood.

Longing to bring something intentional and creative to life that aligned with her work, Forever Loved Keepsakes was born. “Being able to create something beautiful that lasts for my clients, loved ones, and now for people I may not even know is so special. I know for myself, I couldn’t get rid of that last bag of breastmilk in the freezer. I had my positive pregnancy tests in my night stand drawer after all these years. I even had my daughter’s umbilical cord that was made into a cute heart and leftover placenta pills from both kids! I have made something from all of these. Even more, I can keep my loved ones with me who are no longer with us every single day. Using cremation ashes from both humans and pets is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give yourself or someone else.”
